Scott Spradling is an Emmy award winning former reporter, anchor and political director for WMUR-TV in Manchester, NH. While covering national politics, he worked with and earned the respect of Charlie Gibson, Wolf Blitzer and Ted Koppel. In 2001, Scott was the first local reporter to interview President George W Bush in the Oval Office, soon after his inauguration. Today, whether he is working with clients to boost their profile through earned media, leading crisis communications efforts for businesses facing a serious challenge, or representing clients on major issues of concern at the State House and beyond, Scott maintains his relationships with media, political leaders and business leaders of all backgrounds to help his clients meet their needs.

Tracy Caruso brings more than 20 years of radio broadcasting to the Spradling Group. Tracy’s communication skills earned her numerous broadcast awards including the Associated Press “Contributor of the Year” and the NH Association of Broadcaster’s Best Newscast and Best Morning Show. Tracy has interviewed dozens of high-profile people including Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, Senators, members of Congress, and Governors.
Tracy also has emceed several events from awards ceremonies to fundraisers and as keynote speaker.
Tracy also worked for a Manchester-based full-service advertising firm for a number of years as their Production Manager where she oversaw the pricing, scheduling, design, and completion of hundreds of projects including print, radio, and TV ads, brochures, annual reports, websites, etc.
